I have always had a passion for making and baking. Ever since I was little I grew up making cakes with my nan. I love to see people enjoy what I have made for them. There is something more special about a treat or gift made lovingly by hand. I have developed all my fudge and marshmallow recipes over a long period of time to make sure they are the most delicious they can be. All my fudge and marshmallow is made in small batches by hand.
